MUMBO Kimchi Dogs
Kimchi, is a popular Korean side dish, and is best described as a spicy, slightly sweet, pickled or fermented cabbage. It can be purchased in Korean or Asian markets buy the jar, and is very inexpensive, and has a very long shelf life.
- 1/2 cups kimchi
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 tablespoons Spicy Mumbo Sauce
Prepare grill or preheat stove top grill.
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Grill hot dogs until browned and grill bun until lightly toasted. Put hot dogs in buns and top with Mumbo Kimchi and drizzle with more Mumbo sauce, and serve.
